used as controlled-release carriers for a wide variety of active catalysts. Years of experience in Polish and foreign markets\nresulted in creating a broad and unique product portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>For crop sector INTERMAG manufactures biostimulants, chelates, fertilizers and other agrochemicals\ndedicated to agricultural plants, orchards and vegetables.\n<\/p>\n<p>These fertilisers are used in very small quantities, 0.2 litres per hectare, to promote healthy plant\ngrowth.<\/p>\n<p>There are over 20 different types manufactured on this plant.<\/p>\n<p>The plant was designed, built and installed by GEA Niro in Denmark in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The Hydra-Cell pump is used to deliver the propriety solutions at 30c to 3 spray nozzles at the top of the\nspray dryer.<\/p>\n<p>The flow is controlled by an VFD which controls pump rpm and hence flow rate. Accurate control of the\nflow rate is very important to ensure stable temperature of the dryer and powder size.
