במסגרת זו אנו מתכננים, מייצרים ומספקים פתרונות לעולם העיבוד השבבי ) החריטה, כרסו(, השחזה ,ליטוש, עיבוד אלקטרוכימי , מערכות שינוע, גריסה ומיצוי נוזלים משבבים באמצעות צנטריפוגות ודחסנים באופן טבעי ITL יצרנית וספקית של מערכות לחץ גבוה לקירור דרך הכלי למכונות עיבוד ומוצריה נמכרים בארץ ובחו" ל.
שאיפות
במסגרת השאיפה להתפתח ולהשיג יעדי מצוינות חדשים, חברתנו הוסיפה לסל המוצרים שלנו מערכות לחץ גבוה לקירור דרך הכלי המותאמים לעבודה עם מכונות type Swiss ו/או מכונות הדורשות גמישות ומספר נקודות לחץ קונקרטיות. מסמך זה מציג את הדור החדש של מערכות לחץ מתוצרתנו.
עקרונית, כל המערכות שלנו עושו ת שימוש במשאבות אמריקאיות תוצרת HYDRA-CELL. יש לנו מגוון רחב של משאבות עם לחצים וספיקות שונות.
Advantage
יתרונן בהיותן Pumps Displacement Positive, הווי אומר שהספיקה ליניארית וביחס ישר לסיבובי המשאבה ללא תלות בלחץ שנקבע מכאנית או על ידי התוכנה במערכת שלנו. תכונה זו של המשאבות ,מאפשרת לנו גם לבצע וליישם אפליקציות של מינון ברמות דיוק גבוהות ביותר.
המנועים שאנו עושים בהם שימוש מנועים תלת פאזיים עם קירור מאולץ ו /או SERVO AC שהולך ותופס יותר ויותר מקום אצלנו. המעבר למערכות הסרוו מאפשרים לנו הקטנת מידות המערכות לצד שפור ביצועים ויכולו ת עבודה בתחומי מהירות נמוכים במיוחד ללא הפסדי כוח.
המבנה העקרוני של המערכות שלנו:
- מבנה מתכת סגור מעוצב ונגיש לאחזקה.
- מערכת סינון 5-50 מיקרון כושר סינון.
- משאבות העברה עם יניקה עצמית עם יכול לעובדה עם שבבים המסחררות נוזל בין המערכת למרכזי העיבוד. מובנה ביחידה.
- משאבות לחץ גבוה.
- צ'ילר אינטגראלי מובנה ביחידות או חיצוני כאופציה.
- מערכת בקרה חכמה עם ממשק HMI נוח ו פשוט כו לל תקשורת למכונות השונות.
