These BTM filling machine been specially developed years ago, for the IDF maintenance department.
As a regularly maintenance procedure, fire distinguish containers are tested and renewed.
Our system automatically refills and pressurize renewed containers. System is manually loaded with an empty container.
Machine weigh it. Then a G10 Hydra-Cell boost and fill liquidized BTM up to a certain weight.
Then after, container is pressurized and mixed with propellant gas.
Mixture of gases is continuously controlled to assure the desired weight and pressure.
The container is unloaded, and a new empty container is loaded into the machine.
Each container relevant data is stored as a part of customer quality control.
