We are celebrating 3 fruitful years of great activity on the Russian market. The beginning was modest but challenging. Our partners in Russia ,Pump Union asked for a system to deal with deep hole drilling with Sandvik’s CoroDrill 800 on a Doosan Puma 5100. The unit supplied is a comprehensive turn key system capable to filter emulsion down to 10 micron level of filtration, remove tramp oils, maintain a constant temp of 22 degree C at a flow rate of 140 lpm at 83 bar. The application was challenging as coolant was used to extract chips out through the drill instead pressurizing coolant at the cutting point. It was a successful project which opened us the Russian market and established a very good partnership between ITL our company and Pump Union. Since then , we become OEM suppliers for machine tools manufacturers such as Stankoteck who successfully use various system of our design. Beside local solutions we are dealing on central filtration systems and full chips treatment systems as well. Most of the local H.P system we are manufacturing locally in Russia at Pump Union.

An example of a Serial HP system production 70 bar at 50 lpm. Till now we suplied system at flowrates varying betwen 30 – 500 lpm at pressures from 40 – 150 bar.
